Andrew Morris
Landscape Architect & Estimator
Andrew is the resident Landscape Architect at Gail Willey Landscaping and has been a member of the team since 2018. He received his Bachelor of Science degree in Landscape Architecture and Planning from the University of Nevada, Las Vegas.
Andrew has over 15 years of landscape design experience, as well as an additional 5 years in landscape maintenance. With a strong passion for residential design, he has earned numerous 1st place awards from the Nevada Landscape Association and the Builders Association of Northern Nevada. Andrew is an outdoorsman and enjoys hunting, camping and off-roading.
Brian Dean
Designer & Estimator
Brian S. Dean has been in the landscape industry since 1977. He has a Bachelor of Science Degree from Colorado State University in entomology and plant pathology. Brian worked for Nitro-Green Corporation as director of Arboriculture and Research. He is a horticultural consultant and worked for several landscape companies in Reno as a supervisor, designer, and estimator and has managed several pest control companies.
His current home is at Gail Willey Landscaping as a designer and estimator as well as training employees in construction and maintenance. He was chair of the Reno Urban Forestry Commission and past president and director of the Nevada Landscape Association (NLA). Brian is committee chairman of the NLA maintenance and installation standards.
Aside from writing articles for the local and regional trade magazines, Brian gives lectures at the University of Nevada Reno, and the UNR Cooperative Extension. He is a certified tree risk assessor and currently an ISA certified arborist and a member of the American Society of Consulting Arborists. (ASCA). He also holds a primary principal license from the NV Department of Agriculture.
Awards include the 1994 NLA Ambassadors’ Award and the 2012 NLA lifetime Achievement Award.
Ralph Weber
Designer & Estimator
Ralph joined the Gail Willey team as a Designer and Estimator in April of 2020. He has worked in the Nevada landscape industry since 1998 and is certified with the Nevada State Contractors Board as of 2002.
Ralph has 24 years of experience in Landscape Construction, Design, Maintenance, and Management and has won several Landscape Design Awards from the Nevada Landscape Association (NLA).
Ralph has a passion for all things outdoors and is a USAF Veteran.
Severo Mejia
Chief Estimator
Severo has been with Gail Willey Landscaping since June of 1997. Over the course of 15 years, he worked in the field as a laborer, then foreman, and eventually superintendent. For the last few years Severo has worked as the chief estimator for residential and commercial projects.
He works closely with the Designers and Project Managers. He specializes in the sale of projects that include water features, hardscapes, and rockery walls. Working alongside the Field Superintendents, Project Managers and Foremen, he ensures all jobs are executed accordingly.
Severo enjoys spending time with his family and friends and is also the Announcer of a local station, KXTO Radio Vida.
