John has worked in landscaping and heavy construction since 1984. He has been with Gail Willey Landscaping for over 30 years.
John is the CMS qualifier for Gail Willey Landscaping, with classifications in: C-10 Landscaping, A-12 Excavating, Grading, Trenching and Surfacing, A-15 Sewers, Drains and Pipes, A-19 Pipeline and Conduits, A-21 Fencing and Guardrails, A-22 Rockery Walls and Engineered Water Features, and C18 Masonry.

Justin joined the Gail Willey team in 2014 as an equipment operator and laborer. He was later promoted to foreman where he supervised large commercial and residential installations. In 2019 he was promoted to his current position of Project Manager and works closely with clients, designers, and crews, to ensure their joint vision is met and installed professionally per industry standards. He has twelve years’ experience in landscaping as well as in heavy equipment and machinery. His projects have received numerous awards from the Nevada Landscape Association, including the 2019 Presidents Award for the Clear Creek Family Campus in Tahoe, as well as the 2021 Presidents Award for best residential installation. Justin is a certified ICPI paver installer and holds a Class A Commercial driver’s license.
Justin enjoys spending time in the outdoors, camping, hiking, and dirt biking.
Owner – Large Tree Division, Decorative boulders & Sales
Jeff went to work for Gail Willey Landscaping in 1999. After high school, he worked as a logger for 10 years. He learned how to identify tree varieties and how they grow. Jeff also learned the trade of working large machinery, including tree spades. He currently runs the large tree division, selling, moving, and transplanting trees of all varieties. Jeff holds a Class A commercial drivers’ license.
In his spare time, Jeff loves to camp and is an avid fisherman.
Nathan Weyant has been in the landscape industry in Reno, NV since April of 1995. A Reno native, he is a licensed masonry and landscape construction contractor and an expert in all aspects of residential and commercial landscaping. Nate has been working with Gail Willey since 2017. Whether it is an elegant residential landscape project, or a sizeable commercial subdivision, he looks forward to earning your respect.
Nate is also an avid outdoorsman and enjoys spending time with his family. He loves to hike, rock climb, snowboard and explore the Mt. Rose and Desolation wilderness.
Nelson joined the Gail Willey team in 2002 as a laborer, where he worked closely with Gail on many residential installs. After which he spent 12 years as our head Forman for large commercial and residential installs. Some of his commercial projects include Rock Park in Sparks, the Reno Airport Control tower, as well as several Walmart’s. In 2017 he was promoted to Project Manager.
Nelson works diligently with our designers, clients, and crews to ensure only the highest quality in landscape installation is met. Nelson has received over 30 awards through the years from the Nevada Landscape Association for his professional work. Nelson is bilingual and works with Justin Willey to Coordinate all crews and ensure that all projects are being executed efficiently in the field.
