All of our interactions with Andrew the landscape architect/designer to Justin the construction superintendent and the work crew team were great, professional, friendly and responsive. They took care of submitting paperwork to get HOA approval which we very much appreciated. The set up, clean up were excellent. We had one issue with the wrong species of tree but Andrew took care of it with a smile. Our lot is small and was not level like many in Reno new home developments. These guys graded it and did a great job to insure proper drainage. The paver patio is a thing of beauty. They aren’t the cheapest but with a sloping lot we wanted high quality professional workmanship and an established company that would stand behind what they did. It is our pleasure to recommend and commend them.

We hired Gail Willey to do a major remodel of our backyard that included significant demolition, all new pavers, bar/fireplace, and new landscaping/irrigation. Justin and his crew were wonderful to work with. They were on time, professional, and creative in coming up with solutions for a project like this. The people at Gail Willey Inc did an amazing job on our outdoor living space. They were always very responsive and very professional. There attention to detail is top notch. Greg did an amazing job at designing the whole project. Also, Nelson did an amazing job at organizing and keeping the guys on track with the entire project. They were very accommodating to our needs, wants and budget. We even have built in lighting, along with irrigation for the lawn and drip systems for all the plant life that will come soon. We had to do some things on our own, to save some money, like building our shed, pergola and electrical. I'm very handy and wanted to build my own shed and I'm pretty good with electrical, so I enjoyed taking on those parts of the project. I would recommend Gail Willey time and time again. They were able to get started earlier than what was predicted in the beginning. I can't say thank you enough for everything they did. It's still a work in progress and we can't wait for the final finish. We still need to plant flowers, shrubs, small trees and grass, along with building the pergola next to the shed and finish the rock gardens. We will update this post when it is all finished and we get the swim spa from endless pools craned over the house.Thanks again to everyone at Gail Willey for making this all come together!

Gail Willey Landscaping has done a superb job on the completer renovation of our front yard! They took out old damaged concrete and installed approximately 5000 feet of pavers as well as xeriscaped our front yard. It looks just gorgeous and we could not be happier! This team is first class with excellent attention to detail. They completed this project in about a month and we could not be happier. We highly recommend them!!! I called Gail Willey to do some basic irrigation system repairs. I was informed that they really focus on larger projects but would have someone reach out to confirm. I received a call from Ralph. Ralph confirmed that this wasn’t their type of landscaping but then asked what the problem was and I reviewed my challenges with Ralph. Ralph then took 5-10 minutes helping me troubleshoot what he thought the issue might be. Then Ralph recommend another company that is more focused on what I was looking for. I couldn’t believe that I was being helped with them knowing that I wasn’t going to be doing business with Gail Willey. I was grateful and shared my gratitude with Ralph. Today I received a call from Ralph again and I thought when I saw the # that this was a mistake. Nope! Ralph was letting me know that he was thinking about my challenges last night and wanted to share a few more troubleshooting ideas. Whaaaat?? Who does that! Knowing this is how they treat non paying customers , I can’t imagine the follow through they must provide for actual clients. I hope this helps anyone trying to decide between 2 offers. Customer service is imperative to a successful business relationship. I hope I need their services in the future. Thanks

Our Southwest Visit home’s previous yard was a challenge because of unwanted spa, concrete & overgrown bushes/trees Brian Dean proposed a attractive solution of pavers, planters & trees. Project was complete on time & budget because of an excellent work crew supervised by Nelson Funez. All at Gail Wiley were very professional & courteous. We would recommend their services
